    great prompt service

    Daniel was very efficient and arrived at the time that he said he would. He installed the cable line with minimal interruption to the existing structure of the basement. I would highly recommend him.

    Excellent Service - highly recommended!

    We had a problem with our phone line with Primus (no dial tone) - they deduced that we had dial tone up to the demarcation box so they told me that they could no longer help me and to look in the yellow pages. Having no credible reviews to work from, I selected Accord based on the number of years in business and from the ad - a qualified person to do the job. Daniel came despite it being after 7:00 p.m. and stayed until 9:30. I received a quote upfront on the phone and despite running into a few problems, the price quoted was the amount I paid. Turns out, Daniel is also a licensed electrician as well as many other trades. I definitely plan to call him again if I ever need any of his services. Honest, and thorough - would highly recommend if you have residential phone problems or other home renovation needs. He was able to deduce and resolve the problem and provide solutions. Thanks Daniel for fixing our phone problem - I should have called you a few days earlier instead of being without a phone line and DSL for 4 days!
