We had to make multiple attempts to contact this company to obtain our Affidavit of Service. They were rude each time we contacted. We waited over a month and a half to obtain the Affidavit of Service after the person had been served. Even though we provide specific instructions about couriering the documents back to us, the company mailed them which again caused delay. They also provided the wrong Affidavit of Service despite us having provide specific instructions and an example document.
I am a lawyer in Michigan and was suing someone in Israel. I needed a Complaint served almost immediately on a rather sly individual. Cost was more than fair. Service was executed almost immediately. Followed my instructions as given. I would recommend them. I dealt with Sunny.
