L’inspecteur a seulement regarder l’intérieur du grenier à partir de la trappe d’accès. Malgré le fait qu’il est écrit dans le rapport d’inspection « nous avons pénétré à l’intérieur des combles et avons marché sur les fermes de toits ». Il a manqué trois infiltrations majeures d’eau. J’ai reçu le rapport presque un mois après l’inspection. La date et heure d’inspection n’est pas la bonne sur le rapport. Beaucoup de « copie and paste » dans le rapport. Je ne recommande pas cet inspecteur.
Excellent service à la clientèle, et un service très professionnel. Il a répondu à toutes nos questions. Nous avons reçu le rapport très bien détaillé avec photos très rapidement.

The Inspector lacked maturity in dealing with clients. Example: he was unable to describe his observations and to identify the sources or the damages we observed; he expressed an opinion on the negotiation of the price house with the agent. It made me doubt his independance from him. The report is not thorough, hardly reliable enough to make a decision on my purchase. Example: some repairs were obvious and would cause further damage but had no firm recommendations.
