Awesome Asian fusion brunch with Filipino and Vietnamese influences. It was so good that I did not even notice my potato hash had no meat! It was comprised of a unique combo of ingredients including chick peas,l and sweet potato. I tried a bite of the breakfast Vietnamese bun and that was tasty too. There are 8 seats in the patio, not the best view as you see the viaduct but when it is sunny and warm it was just right. The service was friendly and excellent. Several spritzers available too. Hold the bacon! If you're a bacon fiend, The Village may not be for you but they certainly make up for it with their smoked meat. Smoked meat bennys with a tasty hollandaise, a bagel with lox, and tasy coffee rounded out our Sunday breakfast. We were able to walk right in but a crowd started to form shortly after, so arrive earlier if you don't want to wait. There's limited seating but the restaurant is airy and casual. Grab a seat outside if it's a nice day and enjoy quiant Estevan Village - they even provide blankets for those chilly days! Read more

The overall feel to this place is very cool. Trekking down onto the wharf you get great service and really great fish and chips. The batter is light and crispy and they offer all the options for fish and chips. However, the purist in me always goes for the halibut and you get pretty decent sized portions considering the price. Going along Broadway I have noticed the restaurant many times and finally decided to drop in for brunch to give it a go. We sat outside, we didn't mind waiting for a table there. Service was fine and the food came fairly soon. I had an excellent smoked ham benedict which came with cubed fries and a very fresh salad. Read more
